This Asset Management System project was part of a PPP / DBOMT (Design Build Operate Maintain and Transfer) project on 7,000 kilometres of federal roads in Nigeria. As part of the project, an asset management system was created, including several types of optimization under a variety of constraints, and public transport modal split including specific characteristics to Nigerian buses and routes. Calibration of deterioration curves and vehicle operating costs to HDM-4 models with local add-ons. Cost estimation of routine maintenance activities using advanced regression techniques. Separation of the roads into given packages for contractor treatment as part of a PPP project.
