Asset Management System and Socio-Economic Prioritization

This project included the evaluation of an existing road information management  system, incorporating its data into a new asset management system. Creation of multi-criteria economic, engineering, social and environmental analysis, of given sections of selected roads of the Dominican Republic Road Network. Creation of a GIS map from existing data collection, creation of a road monitoring system including development of a unique methodology. Training of government personnel.
