Asset Management System Medellin

Creation of an urban Asset Management System on 820 kilometres of roads (flexible, rigid and interweaving paving stones) in Medellin, one of the largest cities in Colombia. Data collection using advanced measuring equipment such as Ground Penetrating Radar (for determining pavement thickness), Falling Weight Deflectometer (for determining bearing capacity), functional condition survey, roughness and rutting using a laser profilometer, sidewalk and median survey. Engineering and economic evaluation of the road segments (flexible,  and their implementation in computer software which also included GIS techniques).
