A public building that is a visitor and office center in Jerusalem, for the Friendship Foundation headed by Rabbi Eckstein.

The building is located on a plot of 3.5 dunams and is 8,000 sqm built. The 8-story building contains the Office of the Chairman of the Foundation and its library, the foundation’s offices, an auditorium, seminar rooms, a visitor center with a fixed and changing exhibition and underground parking
