The Project constitutes a section of the Pan-American Highway. The consultancy hired was for the Preparation of the Feasibility Study and Final Design.
The tasks entrusted for the Final Design of the Project, carried out in stages: Development of the Diagnosis and Evaluation of Existing Works, Preparation of Basic Engineering Studies (Cartography, Topography and Layout of Works, Geology, Geotechnics, Loan Banks, Reservoirs and Quarries , Traffic and Planning and Climatology and Hydrology), Designs (Geometric, Pavement, Structures, Protection Works, Bridges, Minor Drainage, Road Signaling, Cycle Track and complementary works),
