Herbert Samuel Housing Complex

Herbert Samuel Housing is a luxury apartment complex that will be built on the Tel Aviv coastline. It includes a 21-story tower, with only two apartments in each floor (250 sq. m. area and a 30 sq. m. balcony) and another building containing 7 loft apartments (230 sq. m. area and two balconies with a total area of 53 sq. m.). TNM was in charge of the quality control of this projects.
