Kiryat Ha’tikshuv – The IDF C4I Technological Base

The C4I Technological Base will cover an area of ​​approximately 180 dunams, of which approximately 150,000 square meters will be built and will serve about 5,000 soldiers. The tender for its establishment was based on cooperation with the private sector (PFI) – which includes financing, planning, construction and operation of the base Of 25 years.

The campus will be built as a “smart base” and will be characterized by planning innovation, advanced infrastructure and energy efficiency. It will be integrated into the technological ecosystem in the Beer Sheva metropolitan area, alongside government ministries, the municipality, the university and the local industry.

The Intelligence Campus is the largest phase in its scope and consequently also the most complex during the move south, is the establishment of the Intelligence Campus west of the Shoket junction. The complex will cover an area of ​​approximately 2,500 dunams, and will include buildings measuring 330,000 square meters.

The base will be inhabited by about 12,000 soldiers and security officers and the establishment and operation of the project will be mostly by the method (PFI (Private Public Initiative)).
