The Puente Ricardo Palma-La Oroya-Huancayo highway is part of one of the main road in Peru, which connects the capital with the central part of the country, being one of the most important commercial and mining transport routes with a total length of 349 km. The study included traffic analysis, deflectometry measurement using the Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD), measurement of sinking, roughness and texture with the Road Surface Profile (RSP), geometry with inertial gyroscope, HD video, among others. The functional and structural assessment of pavements was the basis for decisions made regarding interventions for the rehabilitation and regeneration of pavement structures to guarantee the level of service for five years.
