Pavement Management System on 339 kilometres of the National Colombian Road Network

Rehabilitation Design and implementing a pavement management system using then-new IT techniques (including financial and economic optimization) for 339 kilometres of the Colombian Road Network. The data collected (using sophisticated equipment) included a Pavement Condition Index (called state index in Colombia), rutting, roughness using a laser profilometer, cracking, signage, and bearing capacity using the Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD).
