Rehabilitation design of Cuenca – Machala concession road, including economic and financial evaluation of the relevant road treatments, road operation and maintenance program including optimising the treatment with its social and environmental effects. The project included sophisticated data collection using specialized equipment such as the Falling Weight Deflectometer, roughness using a laser profilometer, and distress surveys.
