Haim Bonjack, President

Mr. Bonjack has over 45 years experience in the field of economics with an emphasis on transportation and engineering. He started his career as Economic and Financial Adviser to 40 industrial plants, continuing as member of the World Institute Foundation dedicated to mass transport solutions. His international experience in the Transport Sector continued completing dozens of large-scale projects worldwide financed by governments and international institutions. Together with Mr. Cohen they founded TNM in 1988. Mr. Bonjack is in charge of the international activities of the company and acts as its President. He received his BA in Economics and MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.

Yair Goldberg, C.E.O

Engineer Goldberg has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, with a prime emphasis on pavement management, quality control, quality assurance, pavement structural design and project management, with wide-ranging international experience in Latin America, Africa, Asia and Israel. He started his professional career in large scale projects in Latin America. Engineer Goldberg joined TNM in 1994 as a Senior Highway Engineer and rose within the organization to be the Israeli branch manager in 1999. since 2017 Yair Goldberg is acting as the company C.E.O .He received both his BSc and MSc degrees from the Technion, Israeli Institute of Technology.

Emilia Esther De la Ossa, C.E.O COLOMBIA & Bidding department manager

Engineer De la Ossa has more than 18 years of experience in the field of engineering with prime emphasis in Public Private Partnership structuring, Road Management Systems, design and supervision of large-scale Road and transportation projects financed by both IFI’s and local Governments in developing Countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America. She joined TNM in 2005; Since 2013 she is acting as the Manager of the Bidding Center of the Company and in addition, since 2019 she is the Manager of the Colombian Branch. She received her Bsc degree from the University of the North in Colombia and postgraduate studies in Pavement and Road Geotechnics from Pontifical Xavierian University in Colombia.

Gadi Moshel, C.E.O Asia&Africa

Engineer Moshel has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, with a prime emphasis on project management, quality control, quality assurance, bridges construction, tunnels constructions and railways construction, with wide-ranging international experience in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Israel. He started his professional career as a railways and roads designer. Engineer Moshel joined TNM in 2005 as a Senior quality assurance engineer in the field of bridges and heavy structures. since 2019 Gadi Moshel is acting as the company’s international activity manager. He received his BSc degree from the Technion, Israeli Institute of Technology.

Amir Mashiah, C.E.O Israel

Amir has over 25 years of experience in supervising civil engineering with a prime emphasis in infrastructures, buildings, and roads construction, with a wide-range expertise in quality control and quality assurance. He joined the company in 1999 and has held several quality managers position in some of the biggest projects in Israel. Since 2006 Amir acted as deputy director of the Israeli branch and since 2020, he is acting as the Israeli branch manager. He received his BSc degree from the Ben-Gurion University in 1994.

Miguel Benzadon, Latin America C.E.O & Business Development

Engineer Benzadon has over 30 years of international experience in Civil Engineering all over Latin America, Israel and Africa. He has wide experience in road infrastructure, technology, pavement management, design, quality control and project management. He joined TNM shortly after its foundation in 1990, opened the first branch overseas in Colombia in 1996, actively participating in the subsequent globalization of the company and became Regional Director in Latin America and global business development. He received his BSc degree from Rosario University in Argentina and MSc studies in road and soil field at the Technion, Israeli Institute of Technology.
