| This Asset Management System project was created for the city of Lagos, the major city of Nigeria. Development of traffic surveys for estimating the traffic on thousands of road segments, including modal split methodology and estimates of future traffic. Calibration of deterioration curves and vehicle operating costs to urban road conditions, including waiting times at junctions without traffic lights in Lagos. As part of the project, an asset management system was created, including several types of optimization under a variety of constraints. |
